One can send and receive raw packets to and from eth0 with the language python quite easily an example is at this URL for sending to eth0 here Python is a standard programming language on Linux and if you need instruction on installation do let me know.

This is the proof on a downstream/upstream speed test that shaping can be done on BT's Openreach network for G.fast speed test was done over wireless. Thank you BT Openreach & Zen Internet Ltd I'm absolutely delighted with upstream speed. :D

Basically, you need to convert the boot.esd to an ISO image and burn a CD/DVD with that file. There are a few sites that explain the process on the internet just search for 'boot.esd' on Google for instructions.

I wasn't aware the Sony UHD DVD player was capable of playing Amazon Prime UHD streaming content? As for the Amazon Fire TV Stick and I assume the latest UHD one, almost any quality HDMI cable will likely do the job just fine.
