Twitter social network usefulness and use by myself

Post by embleton » Sat Apr 25, 2015 7:44 pm

The pace of Twitter is demanding when following only several individuals to improve it requires external tools for lists, these should have automatic and manual filtering of URL links to this end I'm going to be looking for these useful tools because monitoring even low levels of users are mind-boggling. I'd like a Twitter that's useful to the way I use it myself, which is primarily to twit links and read material that has links and comment accordingly in future because this is the time to change the way I use Twitter forever for myself.

My thoughts on following anyone that follows me is slowly and forcefully driving home the fact that it's not the way of using Twitter, why bother even following anyone for its completely public and individuals usually use hashtags to search for useful conversations, searching for links that are important for material that is interesting to read, and possibly even to comment about in others feeds. But some don't even bother to interact for they believe that Twitter is much the same as Facebook, which it isn't, when individuals only interact when they have followers and are followed, or friends in Facebook terms. But following interesting bloggers and the like is important because they are the people that contribute the greatest on Twitter.

It should be pointed out that nobody can follow thousands of individuals and the usefulness of Twitter is primarily in users using sensible hashtags to index their material, especially when twitting links and to this end I'm now will not be twitting anything unless it has a link or is a comment to said and that is an important role in my opinion for using Twitter. Small statements are best left for comments about links on others feeds for they are the most important people to talk with on Twitter, users just continually rabbit on about nothing really with short comments isn't very delighting, so please learn from my mistake and don't follow those that do so on Twitter or do so sparingly. I'm even guilty of this very mistake myself and will stop doing so immediately unless it's a trending topic and even then links are important to expand the topic and very much a requirement.

Really searching out hashtags that are relevant to the story at hand is also important, to that end I'll be searching always for hashtags important for directing my twits at generally, and I suggest anyone using Twitter do the same to improve it and their twits usefulness when twitting links at my feed when I choose to follow you now and in the future, and I will do the same. If you cannot even bother to set up a blog or more substantial platform for twitting from then you'll be lost in what is the overwhelming noise of Twitter.

Do you use a social network?
I participate in a couple of forums. None of the popular ones that require me to identify myself though

Not to a great extent and that's is mainly because they're superficial with the majority of the posts.
