o2 email server DKIM incorrectly signed technical fault by o2 staff

I talked to o2 yesterday about a new contract for a watch.
Their ordering system failed because they could not even set up their o2 email address for sending out a refresh contract with the correct DKIM signature and our email server bounced emails because of their technical set-up fault by o2!
This is an internet provider for mobile broadband and internet services and they cannot even set up a server and send emails correctly with the correct signed DKIM signature for the domain.
The transcript of the digital signature DKIM failure from o2mail.co.uk is below, how on earth can you trust an organisation with broadband internet when they cannot even technically set up their systems correctly?
