Home treatment in a psychiatric setting in the UK

Over the years I've had more than several dealings with home treatment in a psychiatric setting, with them visiting my own home on a regular basis during relapse whilst living with bipolar. On occasion, they've listened to me basically talking about issues that I'm experiencing during those relapses, more so to assess my ability to handle myself and remain safe and establish whether I need to be hospitalised in a psychiatric unit. But on the whole they basically visit you and deliver psychiatric drugs during relapse to really ensure you're compliant with their wishes that you remain on the drugs the doctors have prescribed, is that really all they can offer to those suffering and living with psychiatric illnesses? I've found that even though I'm usually compliant with all that I still relapse as often whether on pharmacological products or not, so really what is the point of this approach?

Just phoned home treatment and they are unwilling to prompt me in my presents to score 2 points on PIP's with medication, so they will be responsible if I'm admitted to psychiatric hospital, they will need to do so with physical and psychiatric medication.

I will not accept prompting from those concerned and they will have to physically abuse me, I will then consider that assault, which is against the law and human rights act; the assault will take place on Sunday, a day of rest in Gods house, with residents; all creature great and small. And most likely on Chrismas day.

With prompting I only guarantee 11 points on PIP's or less, I will then lose my house and be placed in a psychiatric hospital, where they will abuse my human rights, under that act by injection, which is against the criminal law.

I will PRN all medication, psychiatric and physical to keep sane.

Day 1: Olive oil and sugar treatment
Day 2: Normal shower day
Day 3: Baking soda treatment
Day 4: Normal shower day

and you get the idea
