I've found over the last month that virgin media are rubbish.

Well, where do we start with Virgin Media?
Whilst FaceTiming my friends and family the delay is terrible, the ping times to their users are three times that of other providers. They always have issues with their service, from faulty phone lines that take up to 4 days to fix and internet outages for hours.
Also, a family member had an outage on their phone line yesterday and there didn't seem to be any way of contacting them without dialling a 0845 number, which is rather expensive from a mobile phone! We couldn't see any other means of contacting them by an easy method such as web chat!
